*Regarding cracking…The coating on its own should not crack. However, we can’t guarantee your concrete slab from cracking. Much like tile installers can’t guarantee tile from cracking if the concrete slab below the tile cracks. For some peace of mind, no company can guarantee against the coating cracking if the concrete slab cracks, and it’s also very rare.

*Although these floors are very durable and very difficult to stain, there is no guarantee against scuffing, scratching, gouging, chipping, or staining. They are tough, however it’s highly recommended never to drag anything across the floor if at all possible. Picking items up and sitting them down, rather than sliding, is always preferred and will ensure a longer lasting beauty*
